By 25th of February, Dotcom Capital acquires 33% stake in Loyalty Key Cardlinked ApS from Enigmatic Smile Ltd.
Dotcom Capital already had a 67% equity stake and will now continue the journey with Enigmatic Smile as a supplier.
Chairman of Dotcom Capital, Mads Dahlerup states:
